How long does a payout take?
Instant transfer to your phone or bank — typically seconds. The first payout needs secure verification which can take up to 5 minutes. Completely free.
Why was I "disqualified" from a survey?
Every survey targets a specific audience. If your early answers show you're not in the group, the survey closes. You always get 1 kr for the attempt.
My cashback hasn't registered — what do I do?
Cashback can take up to 48 hours to show. If it takes longer, write to us with the order number and date and we'll sort it out with the store directly.
Are minors welcome?
You must be 18 to have a Rewly account. This is a requirement from our identity verification system and the Nordic financial authorities.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No — one verified account per person. Duplicates are auto-closed and the balance frozen.
How do you handle my survey answers?
We never sell your identity. Brands only get anonymized statistics (e.g. "42% of women 25–34 in Sweden prefer X").
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete. Your balance is paid out and all data is erased within 30 days under GDPR.
